The Girl Scouts - Audubon Council Board of Directors guides the council and provides leadership, making decisions that help the council thrive in order to reach our goal of building girls of courage, confidence and character. Board Members are elected by delegates of the membership at our annual membership meeting for two year terms. Our board is comprised of a diverse mix of professionals from the local business community. They bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise, ranging from technology to public service, and unique opportunities to network and develop relationships.
By-Laws are established to guide Audubon Council's daily operations through various policies and procedures.
