During the 2006-2007 school year, over 7,000 girls participated in Audubon Council Girl Scout programs.  All programs, which are based on the Girl Scout Promise and Law, are tailored to meet the developmental, educational, emotional and social needs and interests of girls.  Currently, there are five levels of participation, with the possibility of age and grade overlapping.  Girl Scouts USA has implemented a plan to streamline these levels toward grade levels with no overlapping.  By October 2008, these levels will be in place for all troops.
