Shop Update! - Two staff members, Amber Tiner, Finance Manager and Rita Stone, Business Services Director, have just returned from a GSUSA Shop conference, and we are very excited about many of the great new items that will be available this fall, and the awesome new look being planned for our Shop! In preparation for these changes we will be closing the Shop on Saturdays earlier than originally planned. Please note that beginning Saturday, April 12, 2008, the Shop will be closed on Saturdays through the summer months. We know you are going to love the improved layout and all of the new items to begin the school year. Saturday openings will resume on September 6th, with great new merchandise and a great new look!

Audubon Council operates a Shop for the convenience of its leaders, volunteers and girl members. The council shop carries GSUSA approved uniforms for all ages, basic insignia for the vest and sash, as well as other uniform components.  Gift items, camping gear and all age level earned awards may also be purchased at the council shop.

Ordering - Over the counter orders may be filled at any time during regular shop hours, all year round. However, to ensure that your order is ready when you need it, please plan ahead and place you order two weeks before it is needed. Any item in the catalog may be ordered through the council shop.

Processing - There are several ways to process your order with payment.  You may mail, call, fax or email your order to the service center or use the drop box after hours.  The drop box is located in the first pair of doors on the back of the building. No orders will be accepted without payment.

Special orders - Please allow two weeks for special orders to be received in the shop. All special orders must be paid in advance. For a minimal fee, your prepaid orders can be mailed directly to your home or business address.

Return Policy - the shop will gladly exchange, issue a refund or provide a council shop credit for returned merchandise.  The return must be accompanied by a receipt and must be presented within 30 days of purchase.  No refunds or shop credits will be issued on clearance or discontinued items.

Cookie Dough/Coupons - Cookie dough is issued as part of the annual Cookie Sale's recognitions.  Cookie dough carries no cash value except when used in the Council Shop.  Cookie dough certificates must be redeemed in the year they are earned.  They may not be carried over into the next calendar year.  Customers may not get cash back or change when using a cookie dough certificate.
